(Teflon) or even aluminum. Can you recommend what type of sample material (: Steel, stainless steel, copper. cast, etc.) is best for your health and could do with some brands? I thank a lot it!
Cast iron Skillets good (or ceramic is easier), many health conscious cooks into aluminum cookware is a safer alternative.
