<p> Well all depends on what you are doing and the food. Cast iron because they are very good conductor of heat and pan will heat very evenly. Stainless steel very well because the surface is very easy to clean. But I mostly cook with nonstick. It&#39;s easy to use and easier to clean. If I am with you I will not be, but to open themselves to other materials for special dishes. You can cross the crowd and get better.
